Invitation Letters
IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.
Once you complete your registration, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email.
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the IEEE IUS 2025. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.
