Registration

All Sponsor and Exhibit representatives must be registered to participate in the conference. The amount of complimentary registration depends on the exhibitor/sponsor level which can be found here.  You will be provided with registration codes to use for your complimentary registrations.

Registration will open in early June.

Exhibit Booth includes

  • 2m deep x 3m wide (or larger depending on sponsorship level / booths ordered)
  • Carpet tiles (anthracite)
  • Black walls of 250 x 100 cm
  • 1 x name panel (fascia) with company name and stand number
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 table (160cm x 80cm)
  • 1 waste basket
  • Power 1KW (including 3 sockets) 
    • Additional power can be ordered by contacting Josie Masri (jmasri@conferencecatalysts.com). 
    • Costs for additional power is 
      • 1KW (including 3 sockets) € 67,75 excl. VAT
      • 3,5KW (including 3 sockets) € 109,75 excl. VAT
      • 32AMP 4-20KW € 226,25 excl. VAT

The exact size of the stand is 250 cm high, and each panel is 100m wide. A 3x2m stand is 300cm x 200cm x 250cm high, etc. If an exhibitor books graphics via the webshop, they will get a detailed template and dimensions with print specifications from a-booth.

    The Welcome Reception will be held offsite following the regular events of the day.
  • Wednesday, Sept 17: 8:00 - 18:00
    The Banquet Dinner will be held following the regular events of the day.
  • Thursday, Sept 18: 8:00 - 17:45
    Please note that exhibits cannot be taken down prior to 18:00.  There are no exceptions.

Exhibitor Tear Down
Thursday, Sept 18: 18:00 - 19:00 (hand carts and carry out items only since closing will be happening near the exhibit hall); full dismantle will start at 19:00
