Presenting authors should complete their registration by July 17, 2025.
Lecture Presentations
Lecture presentations will be a total of 15 minutes long (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). Authors should submit their PDF or PPT presentation to an upload link that will be provided two weeks before the conference. If an update needs to be made, authors can visit the speaker ready room and provide the updated presentation on a flash drive/USB drive. This should be done 24 hours before their session.
Please note that movies/videos embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to play. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.
There is no required slide design, but authors can use this PowerPoint template created for IUS 2025.
Speakers should arrive in their session room no later than 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.
The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations, so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that aspect ratio. There is not a required template.
VIRTUAL: If you select to attend virtually (during the video submission process), we will play your pre-recorded video during the live lecture session. You will be required to join the session live via Zoom to answer any questions.
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will take place on September 16, 17 and 18. Each poster presenter is assigned to present at a specific session. Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the full session.
The poster time slots are as follows:
- Poster Session #1: Tuesday, September 16 from 10:00 - 11:00
- Poster Session #2: Tuesday, September 16 from 15:30 - 16:30
- Poster Session #3: Wednesday, September 17 from 10:00 - 11:00
- Poster Session #4: Wednesday, September 17 from 15:30 - 16:30
- Poster Session #5: Thursday, September 18 from 10:00 - 11:00
- Poster Session #6: Thursday, September 18 from 15:30 - 16:30
Authors are required to print their own posters and are responsible for hanging them up before the start of the session and removing them after the session ends. Materials to hang your poster will be provided. Authors should be present by their posters for questions for the full length of the session.
There is no required design, but authors can use the poster template created for IUS 2025.
The usable space on the poster board size A0 in portrait/vertical format (90cm wide by 120cm high). We require you to print your poster in advance and bring with you on-site.
Virtual poster presenters will not have a live session. The video recording will be made available on the conference platform for attendees to view and ask questions.
